Complete Description:
The candidate will be responsible for the planning, design, and implementation of the overall Windows Active Directory (AD) Security architecture project to protect the enterprise DCGOV IT infrastructure. This position requires the candidate to develop an AD security configuration model that will be tested and deployed to all Windows user and server machines resulting in simplified user administration while maintaining an enhanced security posture. The new design must be documented, tested and then managed via best practice methodologies from planning through implementation.

Experience in designing and implementing Windows Domain and/or Active
Directory structures Required 13 Years 3 - Expert
Experience in integrating Exchange and AD with mobile clients/devices such as
Blackberry Required 5 Years 2 - Proficient
Experience in large scale Active Directory and Exchange architecture projects
and designs Required 7 Years 3 - Expert
Experience in securing AD and Exchange environments. Required 7 Years 3 - Expert
Experience in the design and build of Windows Server 2003 Systems Required 7 Years 3 - Expert
Experience in the design and build of Windows Server 2008 Systems Required 3 Years 3 - Expert
Experience with software and systems design and implementation best practice
methodologies such as Microsoft Solution Framework (MSF) or Systems Devel Required 5 Years 3 - Expert
Experience with supporting AD and Exchange environments running on
virtualization software such as VMWare, MS Hyper-V, or Citrix Xen. Required 3 Years 2 - Proficient
Experience in Exchange 2003, 2007 and 2010 in production environments. Desired 3 Years 2 – Proficient
The Candidate must have a valid and current MCSE certification before engaement
