▶ About This Opportunity

Job Description Summary:
o    We are seeking a skilled and motivated Windows Client Systems Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining Windows images, including drivers and software, while also providing technical support and administration services for our client’s systems.
•    Key Responsibilities:
o    Develop and maintain Windows laptop and virtual machine images using Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT) and System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM)
o    Create and manage driver packages and software deployments using SCCM and Intune.
o    Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to image creation, deployment, and management.
o    Manage Microsoft Operating Systems using MDT and deploy application using System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM), Intune, JAMF, and Tanium.
o    Develop and implement PowerShell script to automate daily tasks and improved system efficiency.
o    Monitor system health, identify and resolve issues, and create reports using SCCM and SQL Reports tools.
o    Manage user accounts, groups, and Group Policy Objects (GPO) in Active Directory for SCCM/Intune.
o    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement best practices for configuring and managing active directory dynamic user groups.
o    Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting and resolving issue related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
•    Requirements
o    7-10 years of experience in systems administration and support roles.
o    Strong knowledge of Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT) and Microsoft AutoPilot, Intune, PowerShell, and Azure Active Directory.
o    Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
o    Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide technical support to end-users
