Migrate Validus users from Windows 7 PCs & Laptops to Windows 10 PCs & Laptops. Includes building PCs, software installation, and migration of user data from old to new machine utilizing SCCM and scripts.Troubleshoot and resolve desktop, OS and desktop application issues during and following migration.Maintain day-to-day administration of the System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) and Windows Client environmentConfigure and deploy packaged applications in SCCMDistribute monthly Microsoft patches via SCCM ensuring all workstations OS patching & AV signatures are up to dateCollaborate with internal and external application support, systems infrastructure, security, network, telecom, and service desk departments to deliver the best desktop experience to the enterpriseDevelop and support automation scripts, processes and tools Provide reporting of system inventory (hardware and software) and patchingMonitor information security related Web sites (US-CERT, SANS Internet Storm Center, etc.) and mailing lists to stay up to date on current attacks and trendsExperience and Skills:
3+ years of experience with end user technology support in enterprise environments.3+ years of experience with software packaging and related tools.Extensive SCCM administration knowledge (software deployment and imaging)Strong Windows 7 & 10 experience including 64-bit operating systems.Broad understanding of an array of technologies and their use, such as: Windows Server, Active Directory, RDS, Citrix, MDT, and USMT.Expertise using and supporting SCCM for distribution and setting task sequencingExperience with security management tools including anti-virus, PKI, HDD encryption, and general client based security hardening.A firm understanding of PCI requirements and the auditing process.Participate in on call rotation during non-business hours for high severity issuesExcellent customer service and communications skills and must be a team player.Reliable and cooperative team player; displays consideration and respect for othersMust be able to handle multiple tasks, issues or tickets and be organized.Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.Microsoft Certifications are highly preferred.
