Your impact on the team As our Windows Endpoint Specialist, will be responsible for the design, implementation, management, and optimization of our Intune environment, Additionally, a key contact for troubleshooting Windows OS issues and software installation problems. What will you do ? You will design, implement, and manage Intune policies for various devices including mobiles, desktops, laptops, and Cloud PCs/AVD instances. You will Configure and manage device enrolment methods for Windows 11 devices and Cloud PCs/AVD. Leverage Intune for application deployment and management across various platforms. You will monitor Intune health, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions. Provide technical guidance to internal teams on Intune usage, Cloud PCs, AVD, and best practices. Document Intune configurations, Cloud PC/AVD procedures, and troubleshooting steps. Assist in deploying, configuring, and managing Windows 365 Cloud PCs and AVD environments. Understand and manage Cloud PC/AVD user profiles and data security. Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure smooth integration of Cloud PCs/AVD with existing infrastructure. What are we looking for? 5+ years of relevant experience Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate Experience in Managing application package in Intune Familiarity with PowerShell Scripting Microsoft Certified: Azure Virtual Desktop Specialist (Nice to have) Familiarity with another MDM platform like JAMF (Nice to have) Shift time : 5:30 pm IST - 2:30 am IST Why work for us?
