Job Description Insight Global is hiring a Windows Management Engineer for our Digital Services client. You will integrate and support enterprise information systems management, including Windows systems, server administration, virtualization, application packaging, networking, scripting automation, and classroom management applications. This is a Level III resource within Service Desk. This Windows Management Engineer will be supporting staff in an educational institution and implement end-user technology across classrooms and facilities in the district. Skills and Requirements - 5-10 years experience of Windows System Administration experience (including Windows Systems, server administration, virtualization, application packaging, network, and scripting automation) - In depth knowledge of client, network, and server-side troubleshooting - Knowledge of Microsoft technologies: Active Directory, SCCM, Intune, Azure AD - Knowledge of larger organization network infrastructure (TCP/IP, Wireless networks (wifi) setups, etc.) - Familiarity with virtualization technologies (Hyper V, distributed servers, VDI ecosystem) - Strong verbal and written communication skills ability to provide strong customer service and perform end-user training - High School Diploma/GED equivalent or Bachelors degree - Hold relevant industry certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, Server+, etc) Experience with classroom management technology or in an educational environment Mobile Device Management (MDM) administration experience Experience with OS image deployment leveraging MDT, WDS, PXE, Autopilot, etc.) null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
