Description:This Enterprise Operations (EO) position supports Lockheed Martin Space. The selected candidate will be responsible for upgrades, operations and maintenance, hardware and software installations, and service requests (servers, workstations, containers, networking, and storage), as well as continuity of operations (backups and verified restore capabilities). This position receives day-to-day operations guidance from program staff. This is an onsite role and the work location is Sunnyvale, CA.
In this position, the chosen candidate will utilize their system administration skills as primary IT support for a classified environment, with a focus on our Windows environment.

Basic Qualifications:
• DOD Secret security clearance w/5-year adjudication
• Experience with Windows Server operating systems
• Experience with Active Directory (AD)
• Experience with STiGs and system patching
• Experience with vulnerability remediation and security management (system hardening, log management, configuration management [i.e., Nessus, McAfee, WSUS, SCCM, Shavlik, Blade Logic, Splunk, ACAS, SCAP, HBSS])
• Experience with software application installation
• US Citizenship required at this facility
• Ability to lift 30 pounds
• Ability to obtain Security + certification within 60 days
Desired Skills:
• Experience performing root cause analysis for problem resolution in Windows environments
• Experience analyzing and assessing server performance, storage capacity and planning for future needs
• Experience performing routine server/workstation patching per guidelines
• Proficiency in scripting
• Creating/editing Standard Operating Instructions (SOI) documentation
• Experience successfully installing server and associated hardware
• Experience installing/configuring software applications and programs
• Integrations of windows environments
• Provide support to satellite test and operations groups requiring off-shift and possible travel
• Experience providing IT support in a multi-functional environment that includes software support, network and server administration
• Managing servers in a classified environment
• Experience providing customer support utilizing service/problem ticketing system
• Setup and managing shared folders within a Windows environment

Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $82,200 - $157,500. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
