Summary:

 

TWE seeks a passionate, collaborative leader to supervise the Central Coast Wine Information team and to oversee departmental procedures, process improvement, compliance reporting, and the integrity of data entered in the wine tracking system.

This role works closely with other TWE leaders including winemaking, winery operations, finance, compliance, and IT to develop and improve processes.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Supervise Wine Information Analysts Direct hiring and training of Winemaking Information Analysts and seasonal (Harvest) staff for all sites in region. Assist in developing, documenting, and implementing departmental procedures, including all necessary compliance procedures. Participate in and drive cross-functional activities to develop best practices within sites and across the winery network. Ensure data integrity by overseeing the collection, review, analysis, documentation, and data entry of information provided from multiple departments. Evaluate effects of work orders on wine compliance. Ensure wine tracking system integrity and resolve end-to-end system issues. Ensure compliance with department, company, and governmental regulations. Including but not limited to compliance and Health and Safety. Conduct regular audits and monthly reconciliations.

 

About you:

 

You have a broad understanding of the winemaking process and related compliance, preferably with 1-2 years' experience tracking bulk wine and inventory. You have strong computer skills with proficiency in Excel, Word & Outlook. You have strong analytical, interpersonal and organizational skills. You develop productive working relationships cross-functionally. You thrive in a fast-paced environment handling multiple-tasks and deadlines. You are a strong communicator, proficient in English.

Pay Transparency Disclosure: The base pay range offered for this position is $85,000 - $108,000 per year. These figures represent what we reasonably expect to pay for this position, but the actual compensation offered will depend upon numerous job-related factors, including but not limited to candidate qualifications, skills, experience, education, location, and alignment with market data. Our expectation is that the incumbent will work out of Paso Robles, CA. If the incumbent works out of another location, the wage rate may fall above or below this range. Treasury reserves the right to modify the range in the future.
