**Job Title: Systems Integrator - WINTEL** **Location – Stevenage** **Due to the nature of our support requirements this is an office-based role.** As a Systems Integrator in our Defence and National Security business, you will play a crucial role in responding to changes and new work. You will be expected to support full system builds, maintenance, and monitoring the integration functionality between our different IT systems. Do you want to collaborate and achieve together with committed people? **Your role** We are looking for a Systems Integrator with Microsoft skills to support projects as the business grows. Your tasks will include planning, regulating, testing, and often maintaining computer operations. Producing processes, writing and documenting procedures, providing technical support and new solutions. You will require good communication skills and comfortable working with various support teams to ensure contract requirements are fulfilled. This position is located at Stevenage, Hertfordshire and possibly other sites covered under contract. The successful applicant may also engage in projects further afield from time to time. You will need to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by clarifying the customers’ needs and ensure they are met whilst working within your agreed support role. Some of the key tasks and core skills are outlined below but you may also be involved with other work as directed and be expected to play your part in contributing to the team’s ability to meet target Milestones, SLA’s and KPI’s. You will be expected to work within a team of engineers at differing experience, knowledge & skillset. Experience in a similar role would be advantageous. Minimum SC Clearance is required to fulfil this position with a requirement to meet higher level on joining, if not already held. This will be a minimum requirement to be able to fulfil the role obligations 37 hours per week. Core working hours are between 10:00 and 16:00 Monday to Friday. Opportunities for work from home may be possible when the service permits and management have approved. **Your experience** Good understanding of IT support, team working, good communicator.
