Job Summary: Candidates will be placed in Retail Associate or Food & Beverage Attendants upon arrival and will be based on business needs. Responsibilities Retail Associate Job Duties: $13.45 per hour. Assist customers in a courteous and knowledgeable manner, answering customers’ questions regarding location, price, and use of merchandise. Greet customers on sales floor. Operate cash register and obtain payment or credit authorization. Wrap or bag merchandise for customers as needed. Process returns and exchanges. Prepare end-of-shift deposit of payments. Stock and restock product as necessary; maintain product displays. Take inventory of stock and requisition merchandise from stockroom. Other duties as assigned. Food & Beverage Attendant Job Duties: $13.20 per hour. Assist customers in a courteous and knowledgeable manner. Operate cash register and tender payment accurately. Prepare some food items and serve food and beverages to guests while complying with ServSafe protocol. Bus tables as needed, clearing and sanitizing tables between guests. Ensure dirty dishes are taken to kitchen, run the dishwasher, and clean work areas. Ensure dining room is fully stocked with linens, silverware, glassware, dishes, and condiments. Assist in keeping dining room and work area clean and sanitized. Qualifications Retail Associate Qualifications: At least six months of previous cashiering experience. Previous retail experience is preferred. Public contact experience with a willingness to courteously interact with a broad cross-section of customers in a high-volume seasonal retail operation. Good verbal communication skills. Food & Beverage Attendant Qualifications: Previous food & beverage experience; fast food experience preferred. Public contact experience with a willingness to courteously interact with a broad cross-section of customers in a high-volume seasonal food service operation. Ability to properly handle and secure cash and credit cards; basic math skills and ability to make change. Excellent communication skills. Physical Requirements include: Ability to properly handle and secure cash and credit cards; basic math skills and ability to make change. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision while maintaining guidelines set by supervisor. Ability to stand/walk continuously for eight to ten hours.
