Production |$17.50 Hourly| Monday- Friday 6:00am-3:00pm   What Matters MostCompetitive Pay of $17.50Schedule: Monday- Friday 6:00am-3:00pm with optional Saturdays and possible overtime Location: Tampa, FL    Temporary-to-hire opportunity with career growth and stabilityWeekly Pay with direct deposit or pay cardWhen you work through The Reserves Network, you are eligible to enroll in dental, vision and medical insurance as well as 401K, direct deposit and our referral bonus program Job Description:This role demands a combination of technical expertise, attention to detail, and physical stamina to assemble coils efficiently and accurately. Responsibilities: Construct coils for HVAC systems by assembling aluminum fin plates and copper tubing based on engineering specifications and blueprints.Inspect components and assemblies to ensure quality and adherence to specifications.Utilize hand tools, power tools, and machinery to complete assembly tasks.Solder and braze components as required.Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment.Follow all safety guidelines and procedures.Work closely with team members to meet production goals.Record assembly processes and outcomes as needed.Package and prepare completed coils for shipment.Participate in training to stay updated on new techniques and industry standards. Qualifications and Requirements: Previous experience in HVAC or manufacturing.Proficient in soldering, brazing, and using hand/power tools.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.Strong problem-solving abilities.Able to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.High school diploma or equivalent.Basic knowledge of mechanical systems.Strong focus on accuracy and quality.Basic math skills for measurements and calculations. Benefits and Perks: $17.50Medical Benefits HolidaysTraining & Growth Your New Organization:A fully American- owned business that designs and produces custom heat transfer coils, fluid coolers, and air-cooled condensers for a variety of markets.
