\r\n\r\n\t\t\tVolt is immediately hiring for Wire EDM Operator in Orange, CA.
\r\n\r\n\t\t\t$23.00 - $35.00 per hour.
\r\n\r\n\t\t\tAs a Wire EDM Operator you will:
\r\n\r\n\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\tSet-up parts/fixtures
\r\n\t\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\tOperate the wire EDM machines
\r\n\t\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\tUse standard measuring tools to ensure parts are to print
\r\n\t\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\tConduct inspections of parts using hand tools such as micrometers, calipers, and an Optical Comparator.
\r\n\t\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\tEnsure that all projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on time.
\r\n\t\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\tCollaborate with department leaders to meet daily production targets.
\r\n\t\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\tSupport Toolmakers and machinists with projects to guarantee their successful completion.
\r\n\t\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\tOversee the maintenance of equipment and assist with special projects as required.
\r\n\t\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\tComply with quality requirements
\r\n\t\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\tMaintain a clean shop/work area
\r\n\t\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\r\n\r\n\t\t\tThis is a full time opportunity.
\r\n\r\n\t\t\tThe ideal candidate will have:
\r\n\r\n\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\tAbility to set-up and operate wire EDM machines (Mitsubishi MV Series experience a plus)
\r\n\t\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\tAble to edit program using ESPRIT Software
\r\n\t\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\tAbility to read blueprints
\r\n\t\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\r\n\r\n\t\t\tPay Rate: $23-35/hour
\r\n\r\n\t\t\tShift: 2:00pm-10:30pm
\r\n\r\n\t\t\t*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
