**Wire Harness Assembler** **Job Description:** Are you ready to kickstart your career in assembly? We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Wire Harness Assemblers. If you have experience with electrical assemblies, soldering, or cable assemblies, we want to hear from you! **Responsibilities:** + Precisely locate and shrink marker bands on cable assemblies. + Identify and report defective materials, faulty instructions, and unusual conditions to the Supervisor. + Organize and gather materials and tools necessary for the job. + Skillfully handle small hand crimping tools, cutters, and heat guns. + Collaborate effectively as a team member. + Communicate clearly with co-workers to ensure a safe working environment. + Perform various hand assembly operations following detailed instructions. + Assemble multi-cable harnesses according to schedules and specifications. + Conduct visual and dimensional inspections of in-process assemblies. **Essential Skills:** + 1+ years of general assembly experience. + 6+ months of experience with hand tools, cables, electrical, mechanical, general labor, assembly line, work instruction, assembling, hand tools, cable, crimping, soldering, electronics. + Proficiency in wire harness assembly, soldering, blueprints, electronic assembly, mechanical assembly, production, and SMT. + High School Diploma or equivalent education. + Strong math skills with the ability to count and measure accurately. + Ability to comprehend written and verbal instructions. + Proven experience in a manufacturing environment. + Capability to perform repetitive piece work and meet production quotas. + Excellent attention to detail. + Ability to stand for long periods. **Additional Skills & Qualifications:** + Experience with hand and power tools. + Ability to work with small wires and complete crimping tasks. **Why Work Here?** Join our growing company and learn on the job!
