POSITION: Wire Services Specialist

Detail-oriented and reliable Wire Processor responsible for ensuring accurate and timely process of incoming and outgoing wires while maintaining our core values. Will ensure efficient handling wire transfers, proactively resolve discrepancies, and maintain accountabilities for all transactions. This role requires collaboration with internal stakeholders, including the BSA team, to manage the OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) process, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Key Result Areas:
+ Initiate and verify international and domestic wire transfers for consumer, Small Business and Commercial customers.
+ Identify and resolve discrepancies working with internal teams to address any issues and ensure a smooth transaction flow.
+ Maintain a high level of accountability, documenting processes and ensuring all transactions are compliant with internal policies and procedures.
+ Maintain accurate records of transactions and generate reports as needed, contributing to audits and regulatory reviews.
+ Manage the OFAC screening process in collaboration with BSA team, ensuring all wire transactions comply with regulatory requirements and are properly vetted.
+ Assist with end-of-day reconcilement of all incoming and outgoing wire activity.
+ Demonstrates a high level of attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently with very low margin for error.
+ Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications:
+ High school education, additional certifications in banking Operations is a plus
+ In-depth knowledge of wire transfers processes and regulatory requirements (BSA, AML, OFAC)
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address discrepancies and errors
+ Strong MS skills, particularly Excel, for reconciliation and reporting
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external customers
+ Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and always maintain confidentiality.
+ Requires flexibility and ability to manage multiple job functions simultaneously under high pressure timelines, while adhering to strict deadlines.
