Kforce has a client that is seeking a Hybrid Wireless Network Lead Engineer/Architect to join their team in Orlando, FL. Responsibilities: * Wireless Network Lead Engineer/Architect will work with internal stakeholders to perform application functionality gap analyses and feasibility studies * Develops and documents technical design specifications to meet business needs * Drives the research, design, and testing of new technologies * Assists management in the design of infrastructure processes and metrics within assigned area * Interacts with customers and architects to define system requirements and translate requirements into technical specifications * As a Wireless Network Lead Engineer/Architect, you will analyze hardware and/or applications for compliance with security protocols * Trains team members on engineering best practices and serves as a functional team lead on projects and tasks * Meets with management to provide updates on day-to-day activities and project statuses
