Premium’s Wireless Sales Program operates in over 1,200 Walmart supercenters in North America, with a dedicated sales team of 3,000+ Wireless Sales Professionals. 

As a highly motivated and results-driven Multi-Unit Sales Manager in the cellular/carrier industry, you will recruit, lead, and motivate a team of experienced associates to achieve sales and business targets in multiple retail locations. 

 

What will you do?

Recruit, lead, coach, guide, mentor, develop and manage a team of Wireless Sales Pros. 

Inspire & motivate a team to achieve assigned sales and reporting targets 

Demonstrate a player-coach approach to work, leading by example with sales & training for top performance in a territory market 

Leads and executes recruiting efforts to maintain required staffing levels of top-quality talent in all assigned locations 

Foster professional and productive relationships with in-store management and associates 

Represents the model of professionalism, work ethic, and determination of Premium and the client, Walmart

Competitive salary package, with bonus compensation ranging from $12,000 to $24,000, annually. 

High-performing Wireless Sales Managers with Premium can earn upwards of $75,000 per year, from base salary & commissions/bonuses earning(s)

What experience should you have?

Minimum of two years of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives. 

Management experience preferred. 

Wireless or related experience preferred. 

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written 

Proven track record in multi-tasking, personnel/resource management, problem-solving, organization, and prioritization skills 

 

Prior sales experience or existing knowledge of the wireless category is not mandatory, but you must be driven to learn. We’ll teach you everything you need to know about wireless plans, services, devices, and promotions through ongoing in-store, as well as online, training.
