**Job Title: Wiring Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Wiring Technician with expertise in blueprint and schematic reading, and 2+ years of experience in electrical/electronic wiring with medium to high voltage. The ideal candidate will have experience in panel layout, control boxes, or sheet metal enclosures. You will be responsible for electrical wiring and fabricating the inside of medium voltage starters by following blueprints and schematics. **Responsibilities** + Use electronic parts, ohm meters, hand tools, and electric tools to wire and/or mount parts. + Fabricate enclosures, assemble stacks, and install power wire and/or wire harnesses for various standard products. + Follow electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and/or shop instructions while adhering to company workmanship standards. + Possess a basic understanding of wire color codes, wire size, schematics, creep and strike distances, measuring, torque tolerance, and hardware assembly. **Essential Skills** + Blueprint and schematic reading + 2+ years of electrical/electronic wiring experience with medium/high voltage + Experience in panel layout, control boxes, or sheet metal enclosures + Ability to interpret schematics **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in medium voltage wiring and testing + Electrical troubleshooting + Knowledge of panel layout, electromechanical assembly, and wiring **Why Work Here?** This is a 3-month contract with the potential for permanent hire. There are large, open spaces and the floor is very organized. This is a very fast-paced environment.
