Find your purpose working as a Withdrawal and Care Coordination RN at CentraCare’s Addiction Medicine Clinic in St. Cloud! This role requires your assessment and evaluation of chemically dependent patients in need of services and requires working with physicians and community resources to arrange the appropriate level of treatment. We are a growing Addiction Medicine Clinic dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care to individuals struggling with substance use disorders. Our multidisciplinary team is committed to helping patients achieve and maintain recovery through comprehensive medical, therapeutic, and support services.
Schedule
Part-time | 40 hours per two weeks | Addiction Medicine Clinic Days | Monday -Friday | 7:30am-5pm No weekends or holidays!Pay and Benefits
Pay rate minimum: $36.83 (ADN); $37.75 (BSN); $38.69 (MSN) $3,500 hiring bonus and $5,000 relocation bonus for eligible candidates Part-time benefits: medical, dental, PTO, retirement, employee discounts and more!Qualifications:
Graduate from an accredited nursing program - BSN required within three (3) years Current Minnesota RN license Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card Certified Addiction Registered Nurse (CARN) – Addiction Certification preferred American Nurses Association (ANA) Psychiatric – Mental Health Certification preferredDue to licensure requirements pertaining to children’s residential facilities, staff who supervise residents at CentraCare Adolescent Addiction Services or Clara’s House must be at least 21 years old.
For any persons who will be employed in a CentraCare Addiction Services, and who have direct client contact must have been free of chemical use problems for at least the two years immediately preceding their hiring and must sign a statement attesting to that fact. Chemical use problems include the following:
1.Receiving treatment for chemical use within the period specified for the position in the staff qualification requirements.
2.Chemical use that has a negative impact on the employee’s job performance.
3.Chemical use that affects the credibility of the treatment services with clients, referral sources or other members of the community.
4.Symptoms of intoxication or withdrawal on the job.
Knowledge of at least the following areas: abuse issues, chemical dependency, adult/adolescent clinical assessments
Requires in-depth knowledge of substance use disorders. Including management of substance use withdrawal
To be eligible for the hiring bonus or relocation bonus, you must be hired into an eligible full or part time benefited position.
