I. Job Summary
As the WM Way Coach, you will work with site leadership to train Operation, Fleet, and Dispatch Leaders and other Department groups to align business solutions with the company's strategies and initiatives and have a background in Leadership, Training, or Business Process Optimization (BPO).
II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The requirements listed below are representative of the qualifications necessary to perform the job.
A. Education and Experience Education: Bachelor's Degree (accredited), High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and four (4) years of relevant work experience. Experience: Two (2) years of relevant work experience (in addition to education requirement). B. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations or Other Requirements None required C.
