Roles and Responsibilities

Act as the primary liaison and POC between GE internal, third party and the customer teamsDrive customer satisfaction and process productivity during the installation processResponsible for completing projects on time and driving revenue growthHas knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the marketStrategically plan Breast Imaging and Women’s Health product installations while guiding the customer through the implementation process to include network/IT preparation, physical room preparation, and MQSA/FDA regulationsIdentify, escalate, and resolve issues, which might affect customer satisfaction, project schedule and/or GE operational targetsWork cross functionally with sales and services teams while owning the program management and implementation process for GEHC Women’s HealthLead process improvement initiatives Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience. Explains information; developing skills to bring team members to consensus around topics within field.

Required Qualifications

BS/BA or Associates 6 years of technical field or project management experience

2 years’ experience in cross-functional product development / integration, product support, or project management

Ability to work effectively across functions to deliver results and execute multiple commitments within the Global Environment

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Ability to forecast and deliver on a schedule to meet quarterly revenue targets

Willingness to travel on occasion to key account customers

Demonstrated customer service experience working in a clinical environment. Candidate should be comfortable in a physician and clinical/patient care environment

Candidate must be familiar with IT/networking and medical imaging workflow

Knowledgeable about ACR, FDA, and MQSA regulations

Multitasking abilities to drive critical issues simultaneously

Ability to aggressively influence and drive the implementation team to meet targeted install and go live objectives

Resourcefulness, commitment, interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills

Ability to provide constructive feedback to installation teams and contractors

Strong oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills.

Desired Characteristics

Experience in working with Installed Base team and /or servicePrevious customer advocate and / or program core team leadership experienceCurrent Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, or formal coursework in project managementAdvanced degree, MBA, Project Management, or other closely related field5+ years of working experience in the medical imaging field, specific to breast imaging or women’s health productsExperience with large-scale project management requirements, where deadlines were met on
or ahead of schedule (e.g., construction, IT, installations)Ability to communicate complex technical issues in a customer-friendly mannerKnowledge and experience with the healthcare industry and GEHC products, specific to breast imaging and/or women’s health productsExperience in Lean methodologyRegistered Radiologic Technologist in Radiography, Mammography or other medical imaging modality
