Women, Peace and Security Information Systems Technician (Active TS/SCI Clearance)

To join our team of outstanding professionals, apply today! **Responsibilities** + Utilize IT and management systems and web-based databases to identify, collect, analyze, store, and disseminate the data required to support the DoD’s Women, Peace, and Security Strategic Framework and Implementation Plan and associated USSOCOM initiatives. Use network technology to capture metrics and supporting data to identify variations from identified WPS standards. + Employ CBA systems to identify and assess required WPS-related capabilities and associated performance criteria. + Develop business intelligence tools and dashboards to provide objective and repeatable analysis informing WPS-related deliberate planning actions. + Develop reports and inputs to improve the integration and synchronization of WPS-related SO capabilities. **Qualifications** + Security Clearance: Active TS/SCI Required. + Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant area (military studies, business, education, instructional design, et.al.), or the combination of specialized training, education, and experience (including military service) equivalent to a degree and required years of experience may be acceptable. + Minimum five years’ experience in relevant area (SOF operations, training program development, course development, etc.) + Minimum two years’ experience as a staff officer within HQ USSOCOM, a Service HQ, or a CCMD HQ (4-Star military HQ)Expert knowledge of the missions, core activities, roles, and functions of USSOCOM and its components and Sub-unified Commands. + Demonstrated expertise in oral and written communications. + Possess knowledge in strategic-level planning (e.g., operational design, MDMP, contingency plan development, etc.). + Possess knowledge and proficiency in using the following systems and tools: JTIMS, DRRS, JLLIS, Execution Management System, ITV system, and MS Office Suite. **Job ID** 2025-15911 **Work Type** On-Site **Company Description** **Work Where it Matters** Compass Point, an Akima company, is not just another federal IT contractor.
