What You'll Do:
As a Work Coordinator, you'll be at the forefront of our innovation, driving maintenance projects and initiatives while being responsible for safety, efficiency, productivity, reliability and overall performance for all maintenance activities being coordinated in the assigned area. You'll collaborate with a diverse group of passionate individuals to deliver sustainable solutions to advance mobility, improve wellbeing and enhance modern life. Your work will directly impact the production capability and operation of the plant.
What We're Looking For:
The ideal candidate will lead the daily safety meetings. Review job packages for quality and ensure all materials are available prior to issuing to crafts. Check if all scheduled job sequences have been completed including documentation. For unplanned events in their respective area, works as the focal point to manage the activities identified by operations and scheduler. Reports the progress of the daily work to enable adjustments to the daily work schedule when needed.
Skills That Make a Difference:
High School Diploma required. 5+ years of operational experience within an chemical/industrial plant in a maintenance or reliability role. High level knowledge of maintenance work processes (planning, scheduling, logistics, maintenance quality assurance etc.). Demonstrated leadership experience through leading/managing cross-functional teams. Ability to prioritize maintenance task/work and balance resources as priorities shift. Ability to navigate various situations with resiliency while maintaining a collaborative and team orientated approach. Ability to be within the field environment 80% of the time. Ability to understand the short and long-term vision of the maintenance department.
