**Your role and responsibilities**
* Lead the implementation process of Adobe Workfront for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition from their previous systems.
* Lead Design and Configuration of the Adobe Workfront platform to meet the unique needs of each client, including custom workflows, reporting structures, and integrations.
* Manage team of on-shore and off-shore Adobe Workfront configurators, assigning and delegating work based on client needs and team abilities. Review configuration work and provide feedback and training where needed.
* Act as a subject matter expert, offering ongoing consultation and support to clients, addressing their evolving needs and challenges.
* Configure Workfront objects such as custom forms, project templates, programs, portfolis, reports, approval workflows, layout templates, companies, groups, job roles, etc.
* Collaborate with internal teams to stay abreast of product updates and enhancements, ensuring clients benefit from the latest features.
* Conduct regular health checks and performance reviews of client implementations, identifying areas for optimization and improvement.
* Manage client expectations, communicate progress effectively, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
* Contribute to the continuous development of our Adobe Workfront practice, sharing insights and best practices across the organization.

**Required technical and professional expertise**
Adobe Workfront Core Developer Expert
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. An advanced degree or relevant certifications (such as Adobe Certified Expert) preferred.
* At least 2 years experience as an Adobe Workfront Consultant or similar role, ideally within a consultancy or software implementation firm.
* Knowledge of Adobe Workfront's functionalities and capabilities, with hands-on experience in configuration, customization, and Adobe Workfront Expert Certification.
* Experience in managing client relationships and driving successful outcomes.
* Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies and content supply chain. Experience working within an Agile team a plus.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
* Problem-solving mindset, with the ability to think critically and creatively to overcome client challenges.
