Work & Rewards - Lead Consultant

As a Work & Rewards Lead Consultant, you will need strong business acumen along with confidence to interact with key client contacts, work in teams, and build a trusted advisor status. You will focus on helping clients through understanding issues and shaping solutions, bringing new perspectives to their problems and accessing the power of our global network of thought leaders. 
 

The Role

Work with Senior Consultants/Directors to develop and implement solutions including HR Strategy, organization/workforce analytics, total reward strategy, reward design, job architecture and levelling, compensation benchmarking. Lead industry compensation surveys.  Project lead small to medium complexity projects with oversight from senior consultants, taking responsibility for overall project success Develop technical knowledge and skills in reward, our consulting frameworks, thought leadership, and trends in HR technology. Provide practical insights into how best to reward and manage the workforce of today and plan for the workforce of tomorrow  Manage small to medium projects and client expectations, and raise appropriate issues to Senior Consultants/Directors  Contribute to new business development by developing proposals and statements of work, project plans and budgets  Partner with analyst level team members to review work, provide guidance and insight 
 

The Requirements

Min. 8-10 years experience in broad range of HR areas, preferably in organization analytics and or total rewards domains that may cover strategy and philosophy, salary structure, incentive design, benchmarking and market analysisProven experience in undertaking job analysis, design of job families and job architectureProven experience in leading compensation surveys, recruitment of participants, management of survey submission and analysis and reporting A professional presence with polished and well-developed facilitation, written and oral communication skills (an HR Professional experience and certified one will be beneficial)Demonstrated ability to build relationships and networksProven ability to recognize and diagnose issues, work in teams, and to bring a solution mindset to client problemsAbility to draw conclusions from data in a logical, systematic way Availability to travel on an as-needed basisBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Economics, Math/Statistics, Psychology/Sociology, Industrial/Organisational Psychology or any other major with significant qualitative and quantitative course work, a master degree in Business/Management is not necessary but will be beneficialAble to work locally in JakartaStrong English Language skill, both oral and written
