**Certification(s) Preferred:**
Workday Services functional certification(s) preferably Workday Accounting Center. Workday Financial Management, Workday Financials, Workday FDM, Workday Record to Report and/or Workday Engagement Manager certification
**Preferred Knowledge/Skills** :
Demonstrates thorough level abilities with, and a proven record of success as both an individual contributor and team member, identifying and addressing client needs:
+ Supporting the Workday Accounting Center workstream with experience in at least three full Workday implementations;
+ Supporting discovery and design workshops to gather business requirements;
+ Translating business needs into Workday configuration elements;
+ Supporting functional discovery, design sessions, and related touchpoints with other Workday modules;
+ Configuring and customizing the Workday Accounting Center platform to align with the organization’s processes and requirements;
+ Updating Workday configurations based on requirement changes;
+ Producing deliverables through collaborating effectively across teams, and multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously;
+ Participating in client discussions and meetings while presenting to groups virtually and in person;
+ Preparing concise, accurate documents and maintaining project economics while maintaining flexibility for unanticipated issues;
+ Creating an atmosphere of trust and seeking diverse views to encourage improvement and innovation;
+ Answering questions and providing direction to less-experienced staff; and,
+ Providing timely meaningful written and verbal feedback skills.

The salary range for this position is: $84,000 - $202,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
