We see what’s possible in you and help you achieve it.QualificationsQualifications:Job DescriptionRequired:2+ years’ experience working with Workday Adaptive Planning or Legacy Adaptive Insights2+ years’ experience in analyzing requirements, writing functional specifications, conducting tests, troubleshooting issues and interfacing with business usersExtensive knowledge of financial planning processes and other related functional processesHuron requires a Bachelor’s Degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experiencePost-pandemic willingness to travel up to 50%Preferred Skills & Experience:Holds active Workday Certification (Financials or Adaptive preferred)May consider candidates with prior experience working with TM1 Cognos, Anaplan, Host Analytics, or Oracle EPM/Hyperion solutionsExperience with Adaptive in both development and administrative rolesStrong understanding of implementation project methodologiesExperience with automation and integrationDemonstrated experience using Excel to design and build complex financial forecasting and planning modelsExcellent oral and written communication skills with an ability to interface with senior level business users and clientsWillingness to travel up to 50% as needed to work with client or other internal project teamsThe estimated base salary range for this job is $105,000 - $130,000.  The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy.  Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $115,000 - $149,500. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
