+ Streamlines HR policies, practices, and processes, while transforming the HR organization to be more effective in managing human capital;
+ Aligns HR strategy and people strategies with business strategies;
+ Supports Workday HCM Advanced Compensation module function as applicable;
+ Illustrates Business processes related to Workday;
+ Configures the Workday HCM Advanced Compensation module including associated business processes, employee review templates, custom reporting, and configurable security;
+ Operates specialist domain knowledge for Workday HCM Advanced Compensation to the business and Level 2 Support Groups; and Level 3 specialist for challenging incidents that cannot be resolved at Level 2;
+ Produces deliverables through working across teams, and multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously;
+ Supports Global Process Owners and Centers of Excellence within the business on proposed changes being requested by the network, either due to regulatory reasons or as a result of Workday Releases;
+ Updates Workday configurations based on requirement changes;
+ Provides industry knowledge and standard practices of Workday HCM Advanced Compensation business processes;
+ Participates in client discussions and meetings while presenting to groups virtually and in person;
+ Prepares concise, accurate documents and maintaining project economics while maintaining flexibility for unanticipated issues;
+ Creates an atmosphere of trust and seeking diverse views to encourage improvement and innovation;
+ Answers questions and providing direction to less-experienced staff; and,
+ Provides timely meaningful written and verbal feedback.

The salary range for this position is: $84,000 - $202,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
