The Workday Audit Analyst will have the unique opportunity to help define our ways of working within our HRIS and CRM tools. In this role, you will strategize how to improve and continue to innovate down to the details that produce a world class experience. The Workday Audit Analyst will work closely across the People Operations team to provide operational expertise to deliver results and support business needs. You will partner with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and integrity of data within Workday and across internal systems. Partners will look to you to provide direction on operational processes, escalation handling, and opportunities to improve support to our business partners and employees.DescriptionDescriptionThe Workday Audit Analyst manages data across multiple global tools. Your knowledge, insight and expertise will help power us forward in our evolving processes and ongoing enhancements of Workday. This global-facing role works cross-functionally to support Workday business processes and complex transactions, partnering closely with internal partners. You are essential in helping us achieve operational excellence while offering our employees a world-class support experience. RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE: - Monitoring data integrity in Workday and other HRIS systems - Handling data compare audits between Workday and other systems - Adhering to the strictest obligations around data usage and storage - Running reports, analyzing results and managing follow-up actions stemming from regular system audits - Analyzing complex datasets to develop actionable insights and present findings to drive informed decisions - Partnering closely with collaborators to recommend system and process improvements - Proposing improvements to maintain data hygiene across multiple systems and tools - Helping develop procedures, standard processes, content and training Minimum QualificationsMinimum Qualifications4+ years of HR Operations experienceKey QualificationsKey QualificationsPreferred QualificationsPreferred Qualifications1+ years with Workday HCM, with other enterprise HR systems strongly preferredExperience with ticketing systems, preferably ServiceNowExpertise with reporting and data analytics: identifying data inconsistencies, spotting trends and managing continuous improvement effortsAbility to navigate ambiguity, adjusting effectively in a constantly evolving environmentAn analytical mind with an ability to use data and metrics to tell a story and influence decisionsAbility to work independently and complete multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing and re-prioritizing seamlessly depending on business demandsUnrivaled attention to detail and consistent delivery of the highest quality of workExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to exercise tact, diplomacy and discretionEducation & ExperienceEducation & ExperienceAdditional RequirementsAdditional RequirementsMore
