About the role
We’re looking for a Workday Consultant, Reporting & Analytics to join our growing team!
As a member of the People Analytics function, you will play an important role in the delivery of metrics from Workday that will support Intact’s HR strategy; one that is focused on creating an inspiring workplace where our colleagues can thrive, and top talent want to be a part of. Your experience, knowledge and impressive attention to detail will serve you well here.
Reporting to the Manager, People Analytics, your work will be guided by our three areas of focus:
Data Governance: Elaborate processes to facilitate access to readily available quality HR data for HR and business leaders.Anticipate and solve business issues using an analytical approach.Empower HR to make data-driven decisions by providing the right tools along with ongoing support and training.More specifically, your tasks will be:
Participate in the development and enhancement of Workday reporting with a focus on developing an org-wide reporting strategy.Implement and automate HR data analysis, including developing data models, preparing reports, and data visualizations for storytelling.Advise and support the HR community and executives, partner by understanding and identify their needs and recommending the appropriate tools.Define key indicators and prepare dashboards to identify issues and support initiatives.Support user training and change management activities.Your Skills:
University degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, data analysis, business analysis or human resources or any combination of training and experience deemed relevant for the roleMinimum of 2 years in business intelligence, data analytics or HR analyticsGood experience with building reports in WorkdayWork experience in an HR role is an assetExperience with Workday Help as assetStrong data analysis, data verification and problem-solving abilitiesKnowledge of a data visualization toolExcellent communication skillsAbility to present operational problems in a precise and concise manner to an audience, and to solve them effectivelyComfortable working with all levels of management and collaborate with various stakeholders and demonstrate excellent collaboration abilitiesBilingual in both English and French. Needs to interact on a regular basis with an English-speaking clientele and colleagues across the countryNo Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada
