Responsibilities

As a Workday Technical Consultant, you should expect to be client facing and involved in the following:

Programmer/DeveloperData Integration: Ensure seamless integration between Workday modules such as Payroll, Financial Accounting, and Expenses, facilitating accurate and timely data flow.Implement Workday Financials, focusing on financial accounting and the creation of integrated financial solutionsWrites technical specificationsLeads building programs and integrationsSupports clients through testingEngages with 3rd party vendorsMentor junior resources on integrations team Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience6+yrs of experience with Workday developmentExperience with Workday and other ERP system integrations and implementationsAdept at implementing technology-enabled business solutions for clients as part of a high-talent team.Strong understanding of financial principlesExperience in financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance.Ability to analyze complex data sets and generate actionable insights.Proficiency in Workday reporting and data analytics tools.Proven experience in managing projects related to system implementation, upgrades, and process improvements.Ability to translate complex technical concepts into understandable terms for non-technical stakeholders.Experience leading teams or workstreamsAbility to travel up to 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.Must live in a commutable distance (approximately 100-mile radius) to one of the following Delivery locations: Atlanta, GA; Charlotte, NC; Dallas, TX; Gilbert, AZ; Houston, TX; Lake Mary, FL; Mechanicsburg, PA; Philadelphia, PA with the ability to commute to assigned location for the day, without the need for overnight accommodations.Expectation to co-locate in your designated Delivery location up to 30% of the time based on business needs. This may include a maximum of 10% overnight client/project travel.Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role.

Preferred Qualifications:

Workday Certified, strongly preferred but not required.Consulting experience, preferably with a large consulting firmExperience with Workday integrations, data conversions
