An Workday Extend Consultant must possess broad experience with system implementations and deep knowledge of Workday technology with concentration in a specific domain. Will generally be assigned to multiple simultaneous projects. In this role you will collaborate with the Technical PM/Project Manager, the Extend Consultant ensures that all integration solutions are designed and built to client specifications. The consultant also ensures all integrations assigned are delivered on time and that all project deliverables are met.

The Role

Assigned full or part time to participate in project lifecycleProvide high touch support for our largest clientsContribute to project plan development in collaboration with Tech PM/Project ManagerResponsible for contributing to overall project objectives and specific deliverablesLead Discovery session with client for each domain specific integrationDeliver requirements and design documents to developersDelivers knowledge transfer of requirements and design to customer’s for Shared DevelopmentFacilitate customer’s Shared Development training sessionsReview Requirements and design documents with Integration Consultants and customer to inform team of any client driven deviationsExecute any development standard and configuration change tracking processesPerform peer review of requirements and design documentsPerform design and build review for every high complexity integration assignedCoordinate migration validation with domain team membersReview and assign defects for resolution during testing phaseEnsure client satisfaction until the project is completeEnsure Knowledge Transfer Sessions occurProject escalation point of contact for assigned domainProvide overall support and quality assurance of every phase of the projectHelp identify process improvements and changes to our methodology based on project experience

Individuals in this role may be expected to either:Guide a project team as well as to take on a lead role within any project in which they may serve as an active participantBecome the lead Subject Matter Expert within the Integration area of WorkdayProvide guidance to resolve client needs

The Requirements 

3 to 5 years of experience in HRIS field; experience in integration and/or data conversions for Workday, PeopleSoft, or similar applications preferredWorkday Integrations and Studio certification strongly preferredKnowledge and experience with translating business requirements into system requirementsKnowledge and experience with databases, entity relationships, SQL and ProgrammingPrevious consulting experience either as an internal consultant or with a consulting/software companyDemonstrated project management experienceCan effectively manage the activities and deliverables of a teamAbility and willingness to train and mentor other team membersQuick learner and motivated to understand various technologiesExcellent analytical and problem solving skillsStrong work ethicAbility to manage fluctuating workloadsPassion for data accuracy and completenessResourceful and has great attention to detailDemonstrates enthusiasm and commitment towards the job and goals of the organizationCan work in a fast-paced, fast-growth, high-energy environmentAbility to handle multiple high priority activities concurrentlyExcellent verbal and written communications skills

Ability to travel up to 35% of the time

Successful completion of select Workday Certification(s) or currently Workday Certified is a requirement of the role

Minimum :

72,200 USD

Maximum :

114,500 USD
