This role involves collaborating with finance teams and other stakeholders to implement, maintain, and enhance Workday modules. The ideal candidate will ensure the system meets organizational needs while improving finance processes and data-driven decision-making. This person will be a member of the Finance Transformation team, reporting to the Director of ERP Transformation.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities includes but not limited to:
Configure and update system modules, workflows, and functionalities to meet evolving business needsProvide day-to-day technical and functional support for Workday finance users in all Workday FIN modules, to include general ledger, projects, fixed assets, payroll, accounts payable, and othersPartner with finance teams to identify and implement system enhancements and process improvements.Support Workday upgrades and testingManage and maintain the FIN platform, ensuring data integrity and system securityGenerate, deliver, and maintain regular and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and analytics to support finance and business decision-makingSupport audits and compliance activities by maintaining accurate and up-to-date recordsMaintain awareness of current trends in Workday through classes (online or live), reading, and conferences, continuously increasing finance application/tools knowledgeMinimum Education and Qualifications:
High School DiplomaTwo years of experience in financial systems or working knowledge of financial processes. Workday experience a plus.Three years of MS Office experience, including Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint.Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of internal control processes and compliance requirementsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex system issuesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teamsA “go-getter” attitude to be self-motivated and drivenCompetencies: Incumbent will master the following competencies while in this position:
