Workday Financials Reporting Consultant

The Team

The Enterprise Operations as a Service Offering addresses our clients’ needs for on-going operations of their technology and business process investments through multi-year contracts. We deliver continuous modernization, manage releases, and address incremental business changes as part of our engagements.

Required Qualifications:

3 years of experience as a Workday report developer Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience Knowledge and/or experience building Workday simple, advanced, matrix, composite, trending, scorecard, dashboard, and BIRT reports. Knowledge and/or experience of Prism Analytics. Ability to diagnose and solve complex reporting issues. Experience developing reports in the areas of accounting, finance, or budgets. Utilize EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builder) to efficiently import and export data within Workday. Create calculated fields and manipulate data to generate insightful reports for various stakeholders. Design and implement integrations using XSLT and Cloud Connect to facilitate data exchange between Workday and external systems. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security in all reports and integrations, adhering to organizational policies and best practices. Maintain documentation of reports, integrations, and data mappings for future reference and auditing purposes. Must live in a commutable distance (approximately 100-mile radius) to one of the following Delivery locations: Atlanta, GA; Charlotte, NC; Dallas, TX; Gilbert, AZ; Houston, TX; Lake Mary, FL; Mechanicsburg, PA; Philadelphia, PA with the ability to commute to assigned location for the day, without the need for overnight accommodations Expectation to co-locate in your designated Delivery location up to 30% of the time based on business needs. This may include a maximum of 10% overnight client/project travel. Ability to travel up to 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role

Preferred Qualifications:

Workday certification(s) in relevant modules preferred (Workday Integrations, Workday Prism or Workday Reporting)
