**Your main tasks and responsibilities:**
+ Support the deployment of Workday by providing cross-functional expertise, ensuring successful configuration, testing, and roll-out of Workday modules globally.
+ Act as a system expert for Workday, supporting Core HCM and other modules (e.g., Talent, Compensation, Recruiting) during both deployment and post-implementation phases.
+ Collaborate with HR and IT teams to ensure Workday functionality aligns with business needs and global HR processes.
+ Provide day-to-day support to HR teams on Workday functionality, troubleshooting issues, and answering queries.
+ Configure and maintain Workday modules, including managing business processes, security settings, and integrations.
+ Monitor Workday updates and releases, assessing their impact and implementing new features to optimize system performance.
+ Support data governance efforts by ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with global data privacy regulations.
+ Collaborate with external vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve system issues and implement enhancements.
+ Deliver training and documentation to ensure HR teams and end-users effectively utilize Workday functionality.
+ Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency through Workday’s capabilities.
**To succeed in this role, you will need:**
+ 3+ years of experience working with Workday, with cross-functional expertise in modules such as Core HCM, Talent, Compensation, and Recruiting.
+ Experience supporting global Workday deployments and ongoing maintenance is strongly preferred.
+ Proven track record of configuring Workday modules and troubleshooting complex issues.
+ Strong understanding of HR processes and how they align with Workday functionality.
+ Experience with Workday configuration, including business processes, security, and integrations.
+ Ability to analyze and leverage Workday data for reporting and insights.
+ Knowledge of global data privacy regulations and their impact on system management.
+ Education: Bachelor / Master - Human Resources, Information Technology, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
+ Certifications: Workday certifications in relevant modules are a plus.
