Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity in the industry for a Workday HCM Functional Lead in Cleveland, Ohio. In this role, you will be immersed in a variety of tasks that revolve around the management of employee data and collaboration with HR and IT members, with a heavy emphasis on Workday HCM. Responsibilities: • Engage in the configuration of business processes, security measures, reporting mechanisms, and integrations. • Handle data conversion, validation, and migration tasks. • Utilize Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) and Cloud Technologies to streamline HR operations. • Utilize your skills in CRM, Epicor, and Epicor Erp to enhance business processes. • Apply AB Testing methods to ensure effective business process functions. • Use your knowledge in Business Intelligence (BI) to enhance data management. • Develop and update Business Requirement Documents as needed. • Participate in change management initiatives to ensure smooth transition of HR operations.
