Partner with our global organizations to deliver technology solutions that enable our organization to streamline HR and Payroll business processes, improve the quality of our HR data and optimize investments in HR Technology. Design, implement and maintain HR technology solutions. Oversees and maintains optimal function of the organizations internal HR information services systems, which may include database management, network support, installation, customization, development, maintenance, and upgrades to applications, systems, and modules. Oversees and maintains internal database files, tables, codes, backup files, integrity, and security. Installs, implements, modifies, and upgrades software and applications to meet changing business and technology. Manages a large team of experienced professionals with a focus on policy and strategy implementation, as well as implementing short-term operational plans.

Job Summary:
The Workday HCM Leader will be responsible for leading the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of our Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) system. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR technology, extensive experience with Workday HCM, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive HR process improvements and system enhancements.
Key Responsibilities:
Participate in the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of Workday HCM modules, including Core HCM, Compensation, Payroll, Talent Management, Recruiting, Learning, Absence, and Time Tracking.Serve as the primary point of contact for Workday HCM-related inquiries, providing expert guidance and support to HR and business users.Collaborate with HR, IT, and other business stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective Workday solutions.Manage and oversee the ongoing maintenance, optimization, and enhancement of the Workday HCM system, ensuring data integrity and system performance.Conduct regular system audits and data validation to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.Develop and deliver training programs and documentation for end-users to promote effective utilization of the Workday HCM system.Stay current with Workday releases, enhancements, and best practices, and recommend and implement system upgrades and improvements.As the company grows, may lead and mentor a team of Workday HCM analysts and administrators, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery and operational excellence.Manage relationships with external vendors and consultants, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of services and solutions.Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to Workday HCM processes and systems, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.Guide internal clients through all project phases including planning, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.Provide expert advice on best practices for Workday HCM configuration and implementation.Ensure the successful delivery of projects by managing resources, timelines, and project scope.Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Workday HCM, including hands-on configuration and implementation experience.Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices, with the ability to translate business requirements into system solutions.Proven experience leading Workday HCM projects and managing cross-functional teams.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Workday certification(s) in HCM, and other relevant modules is preferred.Experience in leading Workday implementation projects, specifically within pharmaceutical/life science sectors is a plus.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.Benefits:
