Work you’ll do

As a Workday HCM Functional Manager, you should expect to be involved in the following:

Lead a multi-functional implementation team in planning and executing discovery, design, configuration, and deployment activities, ensuring superior quality delivery for client projectsManage project timeline, communications and, risk identification and mitigationAct as point person for all functional consultants, providing direction and guidance to team and coordinating with integrations and data consultants as neededUse your experience and knowledge of Workday implementations to support sales activitiesBuild relationships internally and externally to strengthen your and the firm’s reputation as a leading Workday implementation partner

Qualifications

Required:

6+ years of experience implementing Workday HCM Cloud with at least 4 full life cycle implementationsBachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of relevant experience requiredHands on experience in multiple Full Life Cycle implementations of the Workday HCM product, from planning through design, build, testing and go-liveStrong functional knowledge of the systemExperience leading a project team, including managing workstream leads to drive their work towards project deadlines and deliverables that are on target and beyond client expectationsManaging project financials, including monitoring and managing project risks/issues and taking appropriate action to ensure an exceptional project completion for the clientExperience mentoring and sharing knowledge with colleagues, to continue to grow and develop your colleagues within the practiceSuperior communications skills, both verbal and writtenExperience with Microsoft Office Products such as PowerPoint, Visio, Excel, and WordAbility to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serveLimited immigration sponsorship may be available

Preferred:

Workday HCM Cloud Certification in one or more of the following modules: HCM Core, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, Absence, Talent Management.Experience supporting the sales cycle, including but not limited to responding to Requests for Proposals, presenting at Orals, contributing to the creation of Statements of Work

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $137,700 to $229,500.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
