Workday HCM Senior Principal Consultant (d/f/m) Location: Germany, nationwide (hybrid) The Opportunity

As a Workday HCM Senior Principal Consultant (d/f/m) you will “bridge the gap” between the business and technical teams by solving complex Workday intersystem problems. You will guide clients through the transformation, implementation, and operation phases of a Workday HCM implementation.

Your Key Result Areas

• Serve as a Workday HCM expert and architect with deep knowledge of design, configuration, testing, and implementation focusing on HCM, Recruiting, Learning, Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, Talent, and related areas.
• Guide clients through facilitated design sessions and configuration decisions based on best practices and an understanding of the client’s unique business requirements at all stages of the project.
• Regularly engage and support the client through all phases of the project, ensuring a smooth transfer from legacy systems to the Workday HCM solution.
• Perform multiple tasks under limited direction, while regularly keeping the client, the project team, and the Engagement Manager abreast of changes or progress related to the project.
• Willingness and ability to take a leadership position on a project.
• Act as a mentor to fellow consultants and analysts, including providing support for shadow assignments.
• Actively participate in update training and internal opportunities to share one’s skills and learnings with others within the organization.

Your Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent.
• 2-4+ years of hands-on functional Workday HCM experience
• 3-5 years HCM software experience required.
• Workday HCM certifications highly desired
• Experience gathering business requirements, designing, and prototyping, testing, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines.
• Demonstrated functional experience in Financials Management.
