Support the portfolio of Workday initiatives which include planning and execution of projects. Collaborate with all HR functions to identify best practices and efficiencies and work with IT and/or third party solution providers to implement changes. + Utilizes a strong knowledge of the company's business systems, industry standards/trends, and best practices to identify opportunities to improve business processes. + Serve as the HRIS partner supporting functional areas in Workday, including Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking + Serve as a strong consultative partner to HR Business Partners and HR COEs in service delivery + Oversee the portfolio of Workday initiatives. Manages cross-functional project teams and vendors. Drives consensus and alignment with all stakeholders. + Design and maintain system configuration for Workday, including Supervisory Organization, Custom Organizations, etc. + Maintain master data values in Workday (ex: Pay Groups, Earning, Deductions, Job Profile, Job Family, Job Group, Roles, Custom Organization Types, Position locations).
