Are you passionate about HR technology and looking for a dynamic opportunity to make a real impact? We are searching for an experienced Workday HRIS Analyst to join our team! In this role, you will collaborate closely with our Human Resources team and play a key part in optimizing our HR operations using Workday’s cutting-edge HCM system.
What You’ll Do:Act as the go-to expert for Workday HCM, maintaining modules like Core HCM, Absence, Benefits, Compensation/Advanced Compensation, Performance, Recruiting, and Talent.Build advanced and matrix reports to provide critical HR data insights across the organization.Configure and manage vital HCM business processes, keeping operations efficient and compliant.Oversee and maintain supervisory and location organization structures within Workday.Partner with the Manager of ERP Technology to design, configure, and implement new Workday functionalities.Validate and load EIBs across HR functions to ensure data accuracy.Conduct regression testing for semi-annual Workday releases, ensuring seamless system updates.Monitor and resolve Workday-related issues using JIRA, maintaining smooth daily operations.What We’re Looking For:Relevant Human Resources experience, with hands-on Workday configuration expertise in at least two HCM modules.Proven ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues with a creative, solution-oriented approach.A strong sense of integrity and professionalism, with the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.Workday Pro Certification is a bonus but not required.Why Join Us?We offer a collaborative and innovative work environment where your expertise will be valued.
