Make your impact within a rapidly growing Fintech Company

We are seeking an experienced Workday HRIS Manager to join our People Technology Team to support the Workday Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence modules. This role is responsible for partnering with internal teams to address complex business issues and focusing on developing long term solutions to meet the organization’s needs.

Resolve complex production support issues and configure enhancements for Workday Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence modules to meet organizational needs. Collaborate with People Ops, Payroll, and Benefits teams to lead complex quarterly and cyclical projects, which include managing timeline, keeping all stakeholders informed of project progress, gathering requirements, implementing payroll and absence solutions that comply with federal, state and local payroll regulations, and developing and executing end-to-end test plans to validate system configurations and updates. Conduct training sessions for stakeholders, create documentation for end-users and administrators, and demonstrate effective written and communication skills to interact with various stakeholders. Monitor system performance and stay updated with Workday releases and enhancements, recommending improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience, ensuring the organization leverages new features effectively. Use judgment and influence to recommend best practices to stakeholders and contribute ideas to support their strategic directions as well as our internal team. Manage relationships and expectations with various stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and support. May present to Management Teams.

We’d love to chat if you have:

Minimum of 8  years of Workday Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence configuration experience. Strong understanding of payroll processes and regulations in the United States. Proven ability to manage complex business issues and implement scalable solutions with consideration of downstream impact. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Effective written and oral communication skills to interact with various stakeholders and provide training. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

The estimated salary  range for this role is noted below for our San Jose based role.  Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience, expertise, and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed above. The role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, flexible spending & health savings account, paid holidays, paid time off, and other company benefits.

San Jose pay range$131,000—$164,300 USD
