Workday Integration Developer

This is a remote position

PURPOSE AND SCOPE:

The Enterprise HR Platforms Workday Junior Integration Developer is supporting the design and development of local and global Workday Integrations for HCM and payroll, integration tests, deployment and documentationThis includes requirements analysis, business process analysis with functional SMEs and other system expertsAnalysis and fix of integration production issuesImpact analysis of global configuration and data changes in productionAnalysis, design, development and deployment of change requests to integrationsOverseeing failures, errors and warnings of scheduled integrationsLiaise with integration lead on integration approach, reviews and approvalsThe role will support the maintenance, the delivery and the optimization of Workday integrations   based on the HR and business demands and initiative prioritization owned by HR in alignment with the global IT guidelines.The role will collaborate with 3rd party software vendors, the Tier 3 3rd party support capacity and quality delivery for Workday integrations

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support delivery, quality and stability of Workday integrationsUnderstand the business and HR  requirements suggesting solutions and improvements when and where applicable in close collaboration with the IT and HR stakeholders and 3rd partiesFollow defined integration/development standards and best practicesAssist on integration design specification documents

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

4 years professional experience with HCM integration development and/or maintenance, in a global internal setting or in a global consultancyWorkday integration development experience is a great plusKnowledge of web services, SOAP, WDSL, XML, XSLT or XPATH.Ideally knowledge of Workday data modelIdeally knowledge and experience in Workday Integrations in one or more areas: Studio, EIB, Cloud Connect, PICOF/PECI, BIRTProject Management Skills is a plusDetail and solution orientedAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle both planned and unplanned responsibilitiesBusiness EnglishAnalytical and conceptual skills and data/fact driven approach to problem solvingInfluencing and communications skills including the ability to articulate ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences and dealing successfully with stakeholders on all levelsPresentation skills
