Job Description We are looking for a talented Workday Developer to join our team onsite in St. Louis, MO, with the possibility of transitioning to a hybrid model (3 days onsite) later in the contract. This position entails the comprehensive implementation of Workday HCM and Core Financial modules, reporting directly to the CIO and providing regular updates on project status and challenges. The ideal candidate will have extensive technical expertise in Workday, including proficiency in Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), XSLT, data transformation, Core Connectors, PECI, payroll integrations, and experience with BIRT for custom reports. They will collaborate closely with the Workday Project Coordinator and be responsible for developing, ensuring smooth functionality, and integration. This is a 1-year contract with the potential for extension up to 2 years. Skills and Requirements 5+ years of experience in development with Workday integrations. Strong reporting knowledge across various Workday modules. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Workday-related issues. Proficiency in Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), XSLT, data transformation, Core Connectors, and PECI, payroll integrations. Experience with BIRT for creating custom reports and managing reporting needs within Workday.
