**Job ID Number** R3820 **Employment Type** Full time **Worksite Flexibility** Remote **Job Summary** As a Workday Learning Project Manager, you will be responsible for the management of one or multiple moderately complex projects concurrently; plans and performs analysis of company functions, processes, and activities **Job Description** We are looking for a **Workday Learning Project Manager** **.** This position will be **full-time** and **remote** . **What You’ll Do** : + Overall responsible to drive AP deliverable and deadlines on project plan aligning and working closely with project manager + Drive AP project timelines and deliverables with AP WSLs + Stakeholder Management and Engagement + Manage the data and content conversion activities and resolving issues and risk + Responsible for scheduling training sessions internally + Works closely with the process owner and provides expert guidance on design decisions + Actively participates in design sessions + Actively communicates with the AP WSL including OCM with them on daily basis + Provides input ensuring that design decisions are consistent with the governance model and policies + Responsible for making sure Workstream Lead are aligned on the operating model, roles & responsibilities + Update existing support model with input from key stakeholders, Workday, Integration and transition to business as usual ‘BAU’ + Supports the team with Works Council requirements around reporting and data collection + Responsible for building translations strategy and supporting the team by closely working with the translation's vendor **What You'll Need** Required **:** + Workday Project Manager and / or other HCM project management experience, preferably Workday Learning + Experience executing global and complex projects + Understanding of HR processes and data + High attention to detail, ability to communicate effectively across a variety of audiences including senior management + Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work under minimal supervision at detailed levels **Physical Demands** + Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards + Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc. + Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor \#LI-KM1 **Reasonable Accommodation Statement** If you require a reasonable accommodation in completing this application, interviewing, completing any pre-employment testing, or otherwise participating in the employment selection process, please direct your inquiries to application.accommodations@cai.io or (888) 824 – 8111. **Equal Employment Opportunity Policy Statement** It is the policy of CAI not to discriminate against any employee or applicant due to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, marital status, genetic information, disability or being a protected veteran.
