We are seeking a skilled and innovative Workday HCM Consultant to join our team and drive successful Workday implementations using the Launch methodology. **Responsibilities:** + Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and provide expert guidance on Workday HCM. + Lead the configuration of Workday HCM modules, including Core HCM, Compensation, and Advanced Compensation. + Collaborate with the customer in transferring data from legacy systems to Workday, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. + Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and accuracy of Workday configurations. + Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate clients on Workday functionalities and best practices. + Provide ongoing support and optimization services post-implementation. + Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, HR, and Finance, to ensure seamless integration of Workday solutions. + Stay updated on Workday product releases and enhancements to provide clients with the latest solutions. **Qualifications:** + Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. + Substantial and measurable delivery of 3 or more end-to-end HCM implementations. + Minimum 5 years of experience in Workday workstream. + Current active Workday Core HCM Certification.
