Description We are currently seeking a Workday Payroll Lead to join our team in CLEVELAND, Ohio, United States. In this role, you will be expected to understand and manage various payroll functions, translate payroll requirements into technical terms, and ensure the accuracy of payroll processes. This position offers a long term contract employment opportunity in the industry. Responsibilities: • Manage and understand various payroll functionalities including calculations, deductions, and earnings • Translate specific payroll requirements into technical terms and explain payroll configurations • Maintain and configure payroll business processes • Utilize Workday Prism Analytics for effective payroll data analysis • Handle integrations with Workday for payroll providers, financial systems, and external applications • Manage retroactive changes in payroll to ensure its accuracy • Understand and manage payroll processes such as gross to net calculations, off cycle payroll, and year-end processing. Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the role of Workday Payroll Lead or a similar position • Proficient in Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) • Extensive knowledge of Cloud Technologies • Demonstrable experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software • Proven expertise in using Epicor and Epicor ERP • Familiarity with AB Testing methodologies • Strong skills in Business Intelligence (BI) • Deep understanding of Business Process Functions • Ability to prepare and interpret Business Requirement Documents • Experience in Change Management is a must Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
