Workday Payroll Specialist

The Workday Payroll Specialist will be responsible for providing support, coordination, administration and maintenance of a full range of payroll and HRIS functions, along with strong support in reporting responsibilities.  

Your Impact:

Prepare and process data for biweekly payroll processing in Workday; ensure accuracy of biweekly timesheet submissionsProcess salary changes, bonus payments and other related changes to employee records while maintaining HRIS system dataWork on special projects related to Payroll and HRIS system as assignedAdminister biweekly payroll and monthly benefit reconciliations; perform a full range of audits to ensure payroll and systems accuracyInterface with employees and vendors on a daily basis  Knowledge of Canadian payroll

Successful Candidate Will Have:

Workday Payroll experience requiredProven work experience 3-5 years within an HR/Finance Department, strong Payroll backgroundExperience processing multi-state payroll for a minimum of 5,000+ employees plus CanadaMicrosoft Office Skill Set with specific focus on Excel skills including VLookup and formulas

At Risk Strategies Company, base pay is one part of our total compensation package, which also includes a comprehensive suite of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, disability, life, and retirement savings, The total compensation for a position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. The expected base pay range for this position is between $65,000.00 - $70,000.00. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including geographical location, education, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
