Kforce has a client in Boston, MA that is seeking a Workday Performance/Talent Management Expert. The talent and performance work stream has undergone some personnel changes, and the team is working to find the best path forward. This person will be assisting with configuration but not entirely responsible for it. They will also be collecting resumes for potential candidates. Details: End-to-end testing on this project will kick off on March 17th. The design is solid, but some changes are expected. This client has three different performance management systems and uses Oracle Fusion for staff reviews. They subcontract a facility program called Clear Path, which is used by half of their facility, while the rest will use paper processes in 2025. There is a push to adopt Workday templates - a paper process will be used in Workday until the system is influenced. Other key personnel on the business side of talent and performance will be on leave starting in June, with another individual going on medical leave.
