Experienced Workday Program Manager for Workday implementation. Local candidates preferred, with ability to work a hybrid schedule in the Eden Prairie office. Also need a strong Get Stuff Done attitude/mentality.
Responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of a specific program or set of programs within an organization.
Responsibilities:
Program planning and design: Program managers are responsible for defining program goals and objectives, developing program strategies, and creating
project plans that outline the tasks, timelines, and resources required to achieve program goals.
Budget and resource management: Program managers are responsible for managing the program budget and allocating resources effectively to ensure
that program goals are met on time and within budget.
Stakeholder management: Program managers are responsible for building relationships with key stakeholders, including program sponsors, partners,
and team members. They must be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders and manage their expectations throughout the program lifecycle.
Risk management: Program managers are responsible for identifying, assessing, and managing risks associated with the program. This includes developing
risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans to ensure that the program remains on track.
Team management: Program managers are responsible for leading and managing a team of project managers, coordinators, and other program staff.
They must be able to provide clear direction, motivate team members, and manage team performance.
Program monitoring and evaluation: Program managers are responsible for monitoring program progress and evaluating program outcomes to ensure
that program goals are met. This includes collecting and analyzing data, identifying program strengths and weaknesses, and making recommendations for program improvements.
