Overview Pacific Retirement Services is a non-profit senior living provider based out of Medford, Oregon. What you’ll be doing: You will lead the strategic planning, execution, and management of Workday implementations, upgrades, and optimization projects across the organization. The role will involve coordinating with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and teams to ensure that the system meets organizational goals for human resources, payroll, and finance functions. You will ensure timely delivery, adherence to budget, and alignment with business requirements. How you’ll do it: Lead the Workday Center for Excellence by providing ongoing support, administration, and optimization across all functional areas, while ensuring alignment with PRS community business functions across affiliate and managed entities. Develop and execute a Workday roadmap in collaboration with key stakeholders to streamline business processes, enhance efficiencies, and oversee end-to-end implementation management, including design, development, testing, and deployment. Oversee Workday support, managing internal and external help tickets to meet SLAs, facilitating communication between departments, and serving as the primary contact for vendors to maintain good relations and negotiate contract terms. Manage bi-annual Workday upgrades by assessing business process impacts, overseeing user acceptance testing, and ensuring post-upgrade validation, while providing status updates and presentations to leadership. Develop and implement training and change management plans for new feature adoption and ongoing education, collaborate with business intelligence teams on reports and dashboards, and act as a positive change agent and ambassador for Workday. Salary: $127,000 - $160,000 / annually DOE Preferred applicants will reside in the following states and will be in the following states: WA, OR, CA, AZ, UT, NM, CO. Geographic market standards are considered for compensation. About you: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, IT project management or a related field.
