In Workday finance at PwC, you will focus on providing consulting services for Workday finance applications. You will analyse client requirements, implement software solutions, and offer training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of Workday finance applications. Working in this area, you will enable clients to optimise financial processes, improve financial reporting, and achieve their strategic objectives.

The Opportunity
As part of the Workday Finance Record to Report team you shall lead efforts to manage touchpoints with related Workday modules and support sales cycles by participating in proposal development and client presentations. As a Senior Manager you shall leverage your influence and proficiency to drive results, maintain operational excellence, and interact with clients at a senior level to validate outcomes and share alternative perspectives. You shall also be responsible for leading teams across different time zones and offshore centers, and managing resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing, and collections.

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- 9 years of Workday product experience
What Sets You Apart
- Master's Degree in Business Administration/Management, Finance, Organizational Management, Computer and Information Science preferred
- Workday Services functional certification(s) preferably Record to Report and/or Engagement Manager certification
- Managing touchpoints with related Workday modules
- Leading client discussions and meetings
- Managing engagements or dedicated workstreams
- Leading teams across different time zones
- Building and maintaining client relationships
- Communicating propositions
- Coaching staff and providing feedback

The salary range for this position is: $130,000 - $256,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
